A suspect has died in a firefight with a police for the murder of a South African University student.
The man was associated with the death of Oloto Mongale, whose corpse was found on Sunday, and it was reported that she had gone on a date about two hours later.
In the early hours of Friday morning, police officers were hiding in the residential complex of the coastal town, Amanjimtoti, police spokesman Athlenda Mathe said.
Brigadier Mathe has added that he shot and shot him to suspected officers who were not named by the police.
Regional Police Commissioner Nlanhla Mkhanaji said that during the death of the suspect, he had 28 identity cards and a dozen mobile phones.

As part of his investigation into the assassination, police spokesman Mathe said the police have identified a criminal gang or “syndicate” as “a target of women in malls.”
