Just a few hours after winning the seat of South Korean president, Lee Jay-Mung vowed to “unite the people” in the inaugural speech on Wednesday.
Last December, President Yun Suk Yiol enters the office of Lee while the country is still drawing with deep sections after the shock of the shock battle.
“I start with revival of the economy and heal people,” he told the audience to the National Assembly. “Regardless of who you supported in this election … I will be the president of all people.”
Libel Democratic candidate Lee was elected with about 50% of the votes.
“He blamed the political turmoil of the country’s political turmoil for no desire to work for people’s lives.
“I work to unite people,” he said, “he said,” he will be the president of the politics of partition, “he said.
But this is not just domestic problems. Lee has emergency foreign challenges such as navigating the US -Korea alliance under the new Trump administration, balancing its relationship with China, and dealing with its nearest neighbor North Korea.
Lee promised to build a “flexible, practical government” and declared that the Emergency Economic Task Force “will be activated immediately.”
