In a significant step in raising Indian Aerospace Space production capabilities, Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) has signed four production transfer agreements with Dassault Aviation to create a Rafale fugitive aircraft in India. This collaboration is part of the MAKE In India initiative aimed at enhancing India’s role on global aerospace supplies.
According to the pact, Tasl will install a new production facility in Hyderabad, which will become a key center for high accuracy, which greatly contributes to the local economy and technological promotion. This strategic initiative not only enhances the local economy, but also positions India as the main player in the world aerospace sector.
The HyderaBad installation must start producing the Rafale fuselage to fy2028, resulting in two fuselage units per month. This means for the first time when the raffole fuselags are made outside France.
