As the summer starts and the temperature begins to rise, millions of holidaymakers are ready for the perfect beach extraction, whether at home or abroad.
But finding your own paradise can be challenging if you share the beach with thousands of other visitors – and before you know it, a relaxing day at a coastal hauling resort can quickly become a holiday in hell.
Fortunately, beach -goers can plan back and forth before visiting a destination for the post card this summer, as the world’s most about beaches are complained about.
A new study was analyzed Tripadvisor Reviews of 200 of the world’s most popular beaches – which exposed the locations, which continuously disappoint tourists despite their exceptional reputation.
The research assesses negative keywords used in reviews, such as’ crowded ‘,’ dirty ‘,’ long queues’, ” noise ‘and’ disruption ‘to filter the reviews, and then looked at how often it was applied to each beach to calculate an overall complaint.
European beaches dominated the overcrowded category, the US hotspots are the least clean, the Caribbean and North American beaches were most noisy, while the island destination was revealed that it was some of the worst ropes.

More than two-thirds of negative reviews cited uncomfortable overpopulation that transforms the popular tourist place into what a visitor “can” be called a human sardine.

One TripAdvisor judge at Venice Beach wrote that it is “dirty and some parts even smell like urine.”
Playa Manuel Antonio in Costa Rica, who comes in third place in the Cloudward study, with a complaint of 73.5, is more than half of the negative reviews that overpopulation quoted, while more than a quarter of long queues complained.
Some visitors mentioned that they spent more time waiting than enjoying the beach, as one wrote: ‘The line to get into the park, where the beach is located, is crazy, because not only beach -goers wait, but people who are interested in the park and tours.’
Clearwater Beach in the United States was fourth with a complaints of 65.5, as almost a fifth of the negative reviews described the beach as “dirty”, while a staggering 64 percent of visitors overpopulation specified as a common problem.
Popular British destinations have also arranged highly in overall complaints, with Bournemouth Beach in fifth place with a score of 65.1.
More than a third of the negative reviews complained of a lack of cleanliness, while more than half overcrowded overpopulation as a persistent problem.
Two additional British beaches reached the top 100: Weymouth Beach was the 30th place with a 39.5 complaint, while Gorleston-on-Sea Beach was 91st with a score of 19.8.

La Pelosa in the European destinations with the highest percentage of overpopulation ItalyWhile Elafonissi Beach in Greece finished seventh on overall complaints, with more than 70 percent of the reviews mentioning overpopulation as a problem.
During the high season in La Pelosa, visitors reported that they should arrive early to claim an excellent place, just to still touch themselves with the shoulders with strangers.
One visitor to La Pelosa wrote: “It was a weekday morning in mid-September, but the crowd looked like Central London/New York/Sydney on New Year’s Eve.”
Playa Delfines in Mexico deserve the dubious honor of the worst ropes, with more than half of the visitors complaining of long waiting times.
Saint Maarten’s Maho beach is the most noisy destination, with a large number of complaints calling excessive noise -it is surprising that the beach is located directly below an airport flight path where aircraft are just meter above.
A visitor to Maho Beach wrote: ‘The smell of jet fuel is sick and the explosion of sand in the face of the jets is painful and like standing in front of a sand blow. ‘
Cloudwards CEO Mauricio Preuss said about the findings: ‘For travelers, this research underlines the importance of looking outside the highlight.
‘The most rewarding stranding experiences can be found at lesser -known destinations that have not yet been overwhelmed by mass tourism.
