Sega and Ryu Gotoku Studios revealed more details about their previously unpleasant historical title, which was first revealed to last year’s game awards and the name of Project Century’s name. In a trailer shown at Summer Game Fest 2025, RGG revealed that the game is called Stranger who Heaven. The title revelation trailer did not reveal any details about the game’s launch date or platforms, but showed a vision of his game of action.
The protagonist of the game, who gives his name as Mako Daito, seems to be a kind of underground agent. It implies that it may not be Japanese and that it has striking blue eyes that have a prominent way in the art of the character. The description of the trailer does not reveal any details, unless it offers “another view of the world of game”.
As far as the Teaser is, it gives a vision of the Neon Litan environments of Tokyo in the 1940’s, as well as the work of Daito as a detective. It is apparently to investigate articles and evidence, in the style of Noire, while passing the thugs in the corners of the city. One of the games shows that Dait apparently can show mercy (or not) to some of these thugs.
