In the fourth quarter, Shade Gilgius-Alexander scored 15 points in his 35 points, with Oklahoma City Thunder winning 111-104 against the Payers, which scored the NBA finals in two matches.

Frustrated by the protection of Indiana’s relentless defense, the NBA Most Precious Player (MVP) found a way to fight Gilgius-Alexander on Friday.

After the first half the thunder followed a 3-pointer with a pull-up jumper to give their first lead, leaving 2:23 in the competition.

They will not be trail again. Gilgius-Alecander, who did not go to the free-throw line in the first half, added six free throws in the final 44 seconds.

“This is a dog fight,” said Gilgius-Alexander after another intense, physical war between the two teams. “When you step on the floor every time, they work on both ends of the floor.”

Jalen Williams scored 27 points, Chet Holmgren added 14 points and 15 rebounds, and Alex Karuso chip with a bench for Thunder.

Pascal added 20 points to lead Siakam Indiana, adding eight rebounds, five assistants and five steel.

Tire Halliburton scored 18 points, Obi Tuppin took a delayed lead in the 17th and the third quarter in the third quarter.

However, Oklahoma City-dropped back-to-back matches twice in this season, and did not lose consecutive matches in the playoffs-decided not to fall in a 3-1 hole.

“We knew when we woke up this morning-3-1 was different from 2-2 to return home,” Gilgius-Alexander said. “We played with despair until the end of the game. And that’s why we won.”

Gilgius-Alexander said the thunder was “maintaining the same despair” when he hosted Game 5 on Monday.

OKC rallies late

Tompin Indiana gave India’s first two-digit lead, which was late in the third.

But the thunder was deeply dug, tied it four times in the fourth quarter before the Gilgius-Alecander arrived.

“You’ve got up at home. You have to dig and find a way and we can’t do it tonight,” said Pacers Coach Rick Carlisley. “But give them credit. They kept attacking, attacking, and their protection was enlarged.”

Oklahoma City closed the game in the 12-1 scoring race, and was the Gilgius-Alexander the driving force.

“He is unreal,” Thunder coach Mark Daynalt said, though Karuso said nothing, Gilgius-Alexander would no longer surprise him.

“I have seen he do it after night,” Karuso said. “He does not show much feeling in court, but he is one of the most competitive figures of this league.”
