Prince Harry and Meghan’s latest staff shakeup noticed a “carnage”

An expert called it a “carnage” and a confirmation of working with the couple is toxic.

Another suggested that some of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s previous work and personal decisions may have forced this staff to “look elsewhere.”

After a new wave of departure hit Harry and Meghan’s team, renewed speculation about the couple’s workplace environment.

Sussexes suffered the loss of Los Angeles-based Deputy Press Secretary, Kyle Boulia, Britain’s Press Manager, Charlie Gipson, and two other individuals in recent weeks, with the first two barely spent more than a year at work before he quit.

Now British royal expert Hilary Fordwich has characterized the turnover as a “carnage”, claiming that it confirmed that the work with the couple is toxic, which was suggested by previous reports.

“This stands as another indication of the dysfunction and instability of their households,” she told Fox News Digital About the royal duo.

“Highly qualified professionals from many first -class companies have previously struggled to thrive during Sussexes,” Fordwich added. “This latest carnage serves as a solid confirmation.”

Another expert, Richard Fitzwilliams, revealed that the number of people who left Harry and Meghan closed on two dozen. He also speculated on why these individuals left.

“There are those who would link this to the reputation that Meghan has to be difficult to work with,” shared the royal expert. “There may be another reason – the Sussexes are often terrible when it comes to planning.”

When he further reflected the staff, Fitzwilliam’s previous work and personal decisions made by the couple who may have inspired their staff to “look elsewhere.”
