In a unanimous verdict on Thursday by the ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, President Trump was allowed to take control of the national guard forces assigned to Los Angeles.
The verdict will remain a lower court order that ordered the army’s command to California Governor Gavin Newsum.
Trump’s decision to deploy the National Guard was the first by the President of the State National Guard without the permission of the governor since 1965.
In filing, the court said he believed that the president had taken a legal decision.
“We conclude that the President is likely to be legally utilized under 40 12406 (3), which is authorized by the federalization of the national guards.

The court said that he did not agree with the argument that the President’s decision to federalize the members of the California National Guard under the USC § 12406 was fully divided by judicial review.
The court cited the Newsum that the President failed to inform the governor before deploying the national staff, but the Newsum was not authorized to see the president’s order.
