Kim Zolciak is accusatory Kroy Biermann of physically attacking her during a heated argument at their home, claiming the shocking incident took place right in front of their children.
Kim Zolciak has accused estrangement from husband Kroy Biermann getting physical during a domestic dispute at their home in Georgia. According to a report obtained by TMZ from the Milton Police Department, officers responded to a domestic violence call on Wednesday, Nov. 27, after a heated exchange between the couple.
Kim46, alleged that the fight started while she was on a ladder taking down curtains. She claimed that Kroy39, became confrontational and physically removed her from the steps and threw her to the ground in front of her children.
Conflicting stories and no arrests made
Kim reportedly told police she sustained injuries during the incident but declined to provide evidence to first responders. Kroyhowever, stated that Kim started the fight and punched him in the face.
Law enforcement noted in the report that they were unable to determine the “primary aggressor” in the altercation. As a result, no arrests were made.
A rocky story of divorce and financial misery
The latest incident marks another chapter in the couple’s tumultuous relationship. Kim and Kroy originally filed for divorce in May 2023, briefly reconciled and then split again when Kroy refilled weeks later. The couple has since been embroiled in a public battle over finances, custody of their children and their Georgia home, narrowly avoiding foreclosure several times.
Kim have accused Kroy to not contribute financially to their household. To talk to TMZ in September she claimed she was solely responsible for paying their bills. “I pay all the bills. All the children’s clothes, all the school clothes, most of the food,” she claimed. “He hasn’t paid a bill in that house. He’s paid two utility bills in the last 18 months – not one cable (bill), water (bill), phone (bill), nothing.”
Kroy Biermann fires back
Kroy has disproved Kim’s allegations through her lawyer, who branded her claims about finances misleading. “At the end of the day, a house is worth what someone is willing to pay for it … not its appraisal. If Kim is waiting to get $5.5 million for a house that’s on the verge of foreclosure, she’s going to be waiting a very long time, says lawyer Marlys A. Bergström. Us Weekly.
The lawyer also took a hit Kim’s priorities and noted, “I find it ironic that this interview took place at LAX. Who’s watching the kids? The answer is Kroy. He’s in Georgia working 40+ hours a week, taking care of the kids and trying to get the marital home sold so that the family can avoid foreclosure.”
