A former Navy pilot checked what he saw on the drone New Jersey while the secret is still burning.
Ryan Graves, a former lieutenant, appeared on Joe Rogan A podcast where he discussed technology that could enable drones, which would allow them to remain undetected.
He told Rogan that enforcement had been done unable to pick things up and their infrared systems, meaning the drones are using ‘some form of signal processing’ to reduce heat emissions.
“We do this in military aircraft … where we cover the engine so it’s hard to see, but having zero ability to detect or close on these things is not an ability that I know of,” Graves said.
The pilot pointed how things don’t work like normal airplanessuch as their High-G powers which include high turns, climbs and jumps.
‘Then they stay in the area for another five or six or seven hours and they keep the battery life or whatever it is that’s keeping them at sea until they can no longer be managed. I don’t know much about this kind of art,” he said.
Manda became a household name for UAP in 2023 when he became the first pilot to appear on UAP’s public record.
He testified before Congress that year, claiming to have personal experience or knowledge of secret government programs involving artificial intelligence that is ‘non-human.’
‘Word on the street is that these things look like from above the seasaid Manda on the podcast.

Ryan Graves, a former law enforcement official who testified under oath to Congress about UAPs, appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast on Tuesday to share what he did about the mysterious game in New Jersey.
‘There are congressmen, Coast Guard personnel, police officers (who are) watching most of this comes from somewhere above the ocean.
‘I don’t know if that means they are physically coming out of the water or if they are coming from an unknown place in the water and passing through the beach.’
‘They’re flying so low, sometimes they seem to be working side by side. They emit power or not so you know if it’s a radio message or not.
‘It is unknown that I have been looking ahead and I know that the government does not know either.’
The events began in mid-November and my first look at the Picatinny Arsenal in Rockaway.
Rogan said it’s ‘amazing’ that drones are a secret in the White House.
Graves explained further, suggesting that drones can use cameras to measure their location instead of radar, which can be easily seen.

He told Joe Rogan that drones can control their heat signature, allowing them to remain undetected by the government.

The former Air Force pilot showed how things don’t go like normal airplanes, like their high-G maneuvers that involve sharp turns, climbs and dives.
“They can have a self-driving system with their land maps and they’re using cameras to map where they are,” he said.
Rogan asked if the technology would make them more independent, to which Graves said: ‘Absolutely.’
“I can imagine that there are autonomous systems that are doing something with sensors that allow them to operate without air, which makes it difficult to track,” he said.
Rogan asked why the U.S. has not stopped drones, and the former pilot said it all comes down to US law.
Although the White House has yet to issue a public response, it has been keeping a low profile on the matter.
“So they need a document to be able to link to this,” Graves said, explaining the responses he received.
‘(They need permission) to capture these signals that they may or may not be releasing so they can know where they are going.’
He explained that military commanders must submit a request to the Secretary of Defense, which makes it more difficult.
“If they do something and shoot one of these even with the approval of the Secretary of Defense, you know they’re on the hook if that thing gets on a bus or destroys someone’s property to kill someone,” Graves said.

Graves points out that the drones have a ‘self-driving system with their own terrain maps and are using cameras to map where they are,
Rogan began the podcast on Tuesday by discussing the various issues surrounding the phenomenon.
‘The scariest thing I’ve heard is that their drones are looking for gamma radiation because there’s a missing nuke. Let’s talk about that one first,’ he said.
Rogan had kept quiet about the New Jersey drones until John Ferguson, who runs Saxon Unmanned, posted a TikTok video saying the ship was looking for a possible leak of ‘radioactive material.’
Graves told the podcaster that he contacted people who work on weapons of mass destruction and told him that ‘there is no loose nuke or other weapon of mass destruction that these things are going after right now.’
“Otherwise they will be working non-stop to get this out of the way,” he added.
The response, however, did not hit home with Rogan who questioned whether Graves’ sources were authentic.
‘How (did he seduce you)? Just say ‘it’s not’ or they’ll give you any information that leads you to this conclusion,’ Rogan asked.
Manda replied that the people he was talking to were the ones who would find a nuke or a weapon of mass destruction.
The mayor of Belleville, Michael Melham, said on Fox TV’s ‘Good Day New York’ on Tuesday that drones could target radio equipment.
‘It was sent. It reached its destination. The container is damaged, and there was none,’ said Melham.
The mayor was referring to an alert from the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that said a medical device used to test for cancer went missing on December 2nd while in transit across the state.
The device, known as a ‘pin source,’ contained a small amount of Germanium-68 (Ge-68) that is used to test the accuracy of medical scanners.
The source of the pin contained about 0.267 millicuries (mCi) of Ge-68, which is too small to cause immediate and long-term damage.
These materials emit very low levels of gamma radiation, making them useful for controlling medical devices.
