Apple has wrapped up all your listening stats in one loop with their annual summary of your entire year in music streaming. This time, you can see the full streaming experience in the Apple Music app through the Home, New and Search tab; yes, you don’t need to go to a microsite to get your vital listening stats. You can save a playlist of your most played songs in 2024, although this and your stats will be consolidated in January; if you want to release a particularly embarrassing song that’s stuck in your head, you can spam other songs. ? You can even access your replays from previous years (which Spotify doesn’t offer with Wrapped).
More broadly, the most-streamed song on Apple Music overall this year was Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” his most recent Drake-diss track. Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things,” meanwhile, was the most identified song on Shazam. Very difficult to identify.
