Ours Summer Shape Up Challenge come over ! Are you ready to get in shape, build confidence and feel your best in just 6 weeks!?
We’ve put together a list of 10 things to do first we start on July 8th so you feel ready and have all the tips to succeed this summer!
Pre-summer to-do list:
1. Bikini Body Detox Meal Plan
On July 7th, the day before SSU starts, join us for the Bikini Body Detox Plan, to detox your body and get ready to crush your fitness goals! You will get this plan FREE when you sign up here.
2. Meal Prep
One of the keys to success during the challenge is meal preparation. Take some time to plan your meals for the week so you can stay on track with your nutrition goals.
This makes it much easier to eat healthy during the week so you don’t scramble and reach for unhealthy meals and snacks.
3. Take your First Photos
Taking your photos first is the key to tracking your progress + being eligible for the Grand Prize!
Keep your SSU 2024 sign (In the SSU Playbook) so we can check this a real “before” photo for this challenge!

Clean background (such as a wall or a door)

4. Summer Shape Up Meal Plan

5. Download Move
All challenge workouts will be in my MOVE app! And, if you are new MOVEyou will have 30 days FREE.
6. Establish Clear Goals
Define your goals for SSU. Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, or improving endurance, setting clear goals will help you stay focused and motivated.
7. Take Notes to Track Progress
Record your weight and measurements before starting SSU. This will be the key to tracking your progress + celebrating your achievements at the end of Summer Shape Up.
8. Join an Accountability Group
We strongly believe that Accountability Groups are a key factor in keeping you motivated throughout your fitness journey. With Summer Shape Up coming up, we want to make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed, so we want to help you create! Check out the post on @teamlsf for how to join a group!
9. Schedule Your Workout Time
Block out time in your calendar or planner for your workouts. Make it a priority by planning ahead and treating it like any other important appointment!
10. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water during the challenge. Staying hydrated is essential for overall health, energy levels and post-workout recovery. You can also make drinking water more fun by adding a collection of Woman Wing o Natural beauty😉
