Kim Zolciaks child breaks her silence and denies her shocking allegations of estranged husband Kroy Biermann threw her to the ground during a heated Thanksgiving dispute — adding another layer of drama to the already explosive divorce battle between Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and former NFL star.
On November 27, the day before Thanksgiving, Kim called 911 and claimed that Kroy pulled her off a ladder and threw her to the ground during a heated argument.
According to the police report obtained by TMZ, Kim claimed she was injured during the altercation, but she refused to give details of her injuries when officers arrived. The situation became more complicated as other family members shared different stories about what happened.
One of their daughters told the police Kroy was already on the steps when Kim tried to climb it too, causing them both to fall.
Likewise, one of their sons stated that he did not testify Kroy pulling Kim from the ladder. In the meantime, Kroy told the police Kim “attacked” him from behind and punched him in the face.
Given the conflicting stories and the couple’s history of frequent 911 calls, police chose not to make any arrests. Police officers must have reminded both parties of previous warnings to keep their distance and avoid unnecessary calls to the police.
The incident is the latest in a series of publicized altercations between Kim and Kroy as they navigate their messy divorce and financial problems.
Earlier this month, their Georgia mansion was scheduled for public auction, marking an important chapter in their ongoing legal and personal battles.
