I made some progress this past week. Now I rarely have sciatica pain in my leg. There is also some pain in the left hip and SI joint, but at least the nerve is not squished. My easy steps are up to an hour, which is enough to relax. I also took care to do the strength training of the muscles around the hip which was well tolerated. I’m not going to push it anymore until I see my orthopedic doctor on Monday and see what he says. But I’m pretty happy with the progress so far, and having already had a setback, I see no reason to risk rehabilitating it faster.
We had our first rain of the season last night, and in the distance are the last of the storm clouds dispersing.
