Amazon to invest $ 233 million to improve your infrastructure in India


Amazon said on Thursday that he would invest about $ 233 million in his Indian business to further create his operations infrastructure, develop new tools for his delivery network and work on employee safety and well -being programs.

The company said that the investment helps him to double his efforts to deliver to all PIN codes in the country.

“This investment will improve the processing capacity, improve the speed of compliance and increase the efficiency of the company’s network of operations,” Amazon he said In a post on the blog.

As part of the investment, the company will continue to work on some initiatives to support its contractors and employees, including resting points for delivery staff; Education and financial support; scholarships for associate children; and health support for truck drivers.

Amazon said he is also developing new programs and tools to help delivery staff with navigation, safety and global delivery process.
