The second round of direct peace talks between Russia and Ukraine ended with no progress, and only the agreement between the fight teams to exchange more prisoners of the war.
Ukrainian consultant said Russia again rejected the “unconditional ceasefire” – Kaiv and Europe and its allies in the US.
