Delaware judge rejects Musk’s request to return Tesla’s $56 billion payout, Reuters writes

WILMINGTON, Delaware (Reuters) – A Delaware judge ruled on Monday that Tesla (NASDAQ: ) CEO Elon Musk remains ineligible for a $56 billion compensation package despite the company’s shareholders manufacturers of electric cars voted for its restoration.
