FRANK WARREN currently has only one rematch against Tyson Fury.
On December 21, “Gypsy King” will return to Riyadh seven months after his first defeat. On May 18, Fury, 34-1-1 (24 KOs) lost his chance to become the undisputed heavyweight champion after being defeated by Alexander Usyk, 22-0 (14 KOs).
However, boxing’s biggest broker Turki Alalshih is already looking forward to next year for Fury. Talk on the DAZN Ariel & Ade Show this week Alalshih said he wants to do another match for Fury against another Ukrainian – Wladimir Klitschko. It all depends on what happens on December 21.
If the cards go their way, Fury-Klitschko 2 will come nearly 10 years after their first fight. Back on November 28, 2015 in Dusseldorf, Fury shocked the world by defeating the reigning champion on points.
Fury’s promoter, Frank Warren, expressed his thoughts when speaking to the matter Boxing news yesterday

“I haven’t talked about it and Tyson is focused on just fighting that right now. But we talked to (Wladimir) a few times when we were in Saudi Arabia and he said he wants to come back and fight. .He’s not one of those guys who quit boxing and got out of shape, he’s in great shape.
“Look at George Foreman, years ago he came back and won a world title. Who knows, sometimes things happen. I’m not a big fan of old guys coming back to the sport, I’ve made that very clear, but Let’s see what happens. For now, we should all focus on this big fight on the 21stSt because that’s what it’s all about.”
At age 45, Foreman became the oldest heavyweight champion in history when he knocked out Michael Moorer in November 1994. if Alalshih gets his way.
