Genlayera startup building Decentralized legal infrastructure for AI and machines agentsHe has launched his first incentivized testnet, called Asimov.
This marks the initial launch of its initiative of validation and technological validation in phase in phase, as the company approaches the deployment of Mainnet.
The Testnet introduces what Genlayer calls the first smart block chain, driven by AI models and designed to solve subjective decisions normally outside the scope of traditional determinist chains.
“Our narrative is that as we enter a world of AI agents, fast and smart, we need a new legal system because the current one is fragmented, slow and expensive,” said Genlayer’s CEO and co -founder Albert Castellana, who adds that Genlayer “offers a synthetic jurisdiction: a legal machines system.”
Combining the best of blockchain and ai
Asimov is the first of three sequential races of the Genlayer roadmap, followed by Bradbury and Clark.
The company aims to prove and gradually scale its mechanism of consensus of optimistic democracy. Unlike conventional blockchain validators who simply run code, genlayer validators combine with large language models (LLMS), allowing them to evaluate out-of-chain data and make subjective decisions, depending on whether the submitted content meets the campaign requirements or if the conditions of a smart contract have been fully fulfilled.
The genlayer positions this model as an essential infrastructure for the next age of AI agents and machines transactions.
According to Castellana, Asimov’s launch is a stress test and a technical maturity signal for developers and partners.
Professional validators and developers’ ecosystem
The Validador for Asimov program aims at experienced blockchain infrastructure. The selected participants will get rewards to test the logic of consensus, the manipulation of transactions and the coordination of the model. Genlayer has already boarded dozens of validators, with more in the canalization. Participation requires full -time commitment during test phases.
To support builders, Genlayer launches a pile of comprehensive developers, including the genlayer Studio, Wallet, Blockchain Explorer and GS Library (a set of Python tools). The Testnet is also combined with a grant program to foster early development and experimentation before Mainnet launch.
Rally
To coincide with Asimov is the Beta launch of Rally, a decentralized marketing protocol that automates influencer campaigns and community incentives. Using Validators with AI feeding, Rally evaluates content sent (such as social media publications) against campaign rules embedded in smart contracts.
“Rally is our first genlayer -based protocol,” Castilian told Ventubebat. “It autonomously evaluates the content created by the community and determines compensation, opening participation beyond influencers to anyone.”
The brands define guidelines (for example, hashtags, tone, originality), deposit fund and let the protocol autonomously determine the payments.
This configuration avoids manual negotiation and common performance disputes in traditional influencer programs. Content creators, in turn, receive transparent and chain compensation if their communications comply with pre -established criteria.
“In the future, many influential will be agents of the AI seeking opportunities to win; this system accommodates this evolution,” said Castellana.
Rally operates independently of the main team of Genlayer and will end up governing a DAO. From each group of campaigns, 1% goes to the DAO rally, while 10% of protocol rates are assigned to participating applications developers.
“The way I see genlayer is like a toy factory, creating new tools and mechanisms that you cannot find anywhere else,” added the CEO. “Rally is just an example of what is possible.”
As it benefits companies
For decision -making technicians, including brand managers, growth vendors and digital campaigns, Genlayer and Rally offer the ability to automate and decentralize the execution of the campaign and quality control. Instead of manually managing influencer relationships, approving content and disputing post-campaign performance, teams can deploy smart contracts that use LLMS to judge communications against predefined rules.
This approach significantly reduces operational spending, allows real -time feedback and rewards, and guarantees equity and transparency throughout the campaign’s life cycle. In addition, the use of AI agents allows the management of scalable campaigns to thousands of potential content, humans or automated collaborators, without additional count or friction of the seller.
For companies that regularly invest in brand visibility, product launches or community commitment, Rally could rationalize marketing operations while also offering an audible test of campaign performance. Combined with the broadest genlayer infrastructure, brands also access decision systems promoted by AI for everything, from the disbursement of subsidies to the application of smart contracts, transforming legal and operational flows in web3 contexts.
Infrastructure for the native economics of AI
The Genlayer’s architecture is supported by technical partners who include ZKSYNC (for roller -based scalability), heurist (for decentralized models), Network atoma (for privacy preservation execution) and boiler. These integrations say that the platform is maintained, safe and aligned with wider ecosystems based on Ethereum.
The company has raised $ 7.5 million in seed financing of investors such as North Island Ventures, Arrington Capital, ZK Ventures and Maelstrom of Arthur Hayes. Genlayer considers his protocol as the foundation of a synthetic and global jurisdiction: an autonomous legal layer for the AI economy, capable of solving disputes at the speed of the machine with greater accessibility than traditional legal systems.
What is below?
After Asimov, Bradbury and Clark testnets will introduce LLM configuration at validator level, tuning production quality inferences and autonomous network operations. Each phase is designed to validate the system components before a Mainnet launch planned for the end of this year.
Genlayer is actively looking for validators and professional developers to participate in the Testnet. Interested parties can apply through the company’s website.
With applications such as Rally they are already living in Beta, Genlayer presents a new category of smart infrastructure Blockchain: combining AI decision -making with decentralized government to unlock more autonomous, transparent and scalable systems for users of business and communities.
