Simone Biles An elite athlete and one of the greatest gymnasts of all time, she admits she recently struggled to get through a workout.
Biles took some time off after winning her fifth, sixth and seventh Olympic gold medals in Paris earlier this year.
But recently she resumed her workouts.
According to Biles’ social media account, Pilates was part of her first post-Olympics workout, but her experience with the popular exercise is one she’s not interested in doing again.

“Working out for the first time since the Olympics,” the superstar gymnast wrote on her Instagram story on Wednesday. “I wore this to a pilates class I’ll never attend again! Stay strong everyone, it was so hard.”
Joseph is credited with developing the Pilates exercise. A typical Pilates class includes machines that use bands and movable benches.

The exercises focus on improving flexibility and building muscle strength. When done correctly, Pilates is known to help lower back and leg muscles.

Biles has not ruled out competing in the Olympics again.
“Never say never. The next Olympics is at home. So, you never know. But I’m getting really old,” Biles, 27, said In August.

The Summer games It is scheduled to return to the US in 2028 when athletes from around the world descend on Los Angeles. It will be the first time since the 1996 Atlanta Olympics that an American city will host the summer edition of the Games.
In addition to the three gold medals she won at the Paris Olympics, Biles also won a silver in the floor exercise.
