How to Get Out of a Fitness Funk

Check with yours responsibility group or close friends and family can help keep you motivated + keep you accountable on this health and fitness journey. Share your struggles, goals and successes with them. Let them help you stay on track when you feel unmotivated.

3. Working out with a girlfriend

Working out with a girlfriend or family can make your workouts more fun and you’ll be more willing to do it with someone who’s doing it with you. Schedule regular workout dates with a friend or family member to keep each other on track. Having them with you will help keep you accountable and motivated.

4. Long Distance LSF Babe

Although most of the girls from the The LSF community living in different cities, states, and countries, working with a long distance LSF babe can provide you with a virtual training friend that can help you maintain motivation and responsibility. You can schedule a time to workout at the same time to make it more fun + motivate others!

5. Set Small, Achievable Goals

Instead of focusing on one big, scary goal, break it down into smaller, more attainable micro-goals. Celebrate your progress along the way and use those small victories to keep you motivated and on track.
