What is the ten minute time machine?
Ten Minute Time Machine is a capsule of 20 workouts – only 10 minutes each! – designed to help push cardiovascular healthbuild muscle and strength, and improve stability and mobility.
Think of it as your daily dose of cardio and strength training to help you stay active, fit and strong, no matter what your age.
After age 30, your body’s muscle mass and bone density naturally begin to decline. That, in turn, can put more pressure on your joints, which can set the stage for aches and pains later on.
Luckily, even small amounts of targeted cardio and strength training can help preserve it—and that’s where Ten Minute Time Machine comes in.
What kind of workouts can I expect?
Ten Minute Time Machine is a four-week program, and each workout lasts only 10 minutes.
You will exercise five days a week: three bike rides and two strength and core sessions:
- Cycling exercises: Conquer the mountains, master intervals, and challenge yourself with high-intensity training.
- Strength and Core Training: Target all major muscle groups and strengthen your core for optimal stability and balance.
Each workout is designed to quickly and effectively boost your fitness level and strengthen your entire body.
- Ten Minute Time Machine: Upper Body Strength & Core – Travel through time by transforming your upper body with this focused 10-minute workout. This routine will build strength and stability in your arms, shoulders and core, giving you the upper body gains you deserve.
- Ten Minute Time Machine: Lower Body and Core Strength – Turn back time with this lower body sculpting workout. This 10-minute routine builds strength and stability in your legs, glutes and core to give you a strong, balanced base off the ground.
- Ten Minute Time Machine: Hills Ride – Get ready to climb through time with this exhilarating 10-minute hill run. This high intensity workout will challenge your entire lower body and build strength and endurance as you conquer those hills!
- Ten Minute Time Machine: Burn Ride – Ignite your calorie burn and increase your speed and endurance with this high-intensity interval session. In just 10 minutes, you’ll step back in time as you improve speed and build endurance. HIIT hard and give it your all from start to finish!
- Ten Minute Time Machine: HIIT It! He laughs – Let’s turn back the clock, turning on your heat furnace! This run will increase your speed and endurance as you crush every heart pumping interval. It’s only 10 minutes from start to finish, so HIIT lasts and holds nothing back!
- Ten Minute Time Machine: Power Up Ride – Rewind time in this ultimate Power Up challenge race! In just 10 minutes, this interval run will speed up your metabolism, strengthen your cardiovascular system, and supercharge your mind.

What equipment do I need?
- BODi Bike: All Ten Minute Time Machine cardio workouts are performed on the BODi Bike.
- Dumbbells: You need a variety of light, medium and heavy dumbbells, so you can choose the most appropriate weights for each movement.
