Diddy’s lawyer, Alexandra Shapirosubmitted court documents on Saturday, June 7, according to X User and Podcaster Lauren Conlin.
According to the paperwork, the defense requires a trial and claimed that prosecutors deliberately used “material false” testimony from Cassie and Bryana about an incident where Diddy is said dangled Bryana over a 17 -storey balcony on Cassie’s LA apartment.

Diddy’s lawyer questions the date Bryana says the incident occurred
