Squeezing the 30 Most Visionaries of the Year Startups Only five finalists were not easy. The innovation of the year of Vivatech attracted an extraordinary set of applicants: the beginnings that faced great global challenges with daring, technically sophisticated and scalable solutions. From the redefinition of the interaction of the human machine to the revolutionation of health, climate and infrastructure, each company has contributed something unique to the table. The selection process was intense and all startups that reached the top 30 should be incredibly proud of what they have built.
Vivatech Innovation of the Year is debuting this year to celebrate and highlight the trailer startups that are remodeling the future. This prestigious prize is open to all the startups displayed at Vivatech 2025 and recognizes a startup that has shown exceptional creativity, technological ingenuity and the potential of transforming its industry.
Now, we are excited to reveal the five finalists who will take the live stage at Vivatech 2025:
Beyond: The first generative physics platform in the world, which replaces slow and expensive simulations for real -time physics, with alas. Engineers can run faster simulations of 1000x, try thousands of designs instantly and reduce time, cost and complexity.
Chipiron: Building the first low-cost RMN with ultra-low magnetic fields without sacrificing the image quality. Its purpose: to make RMN 100X more accessible and allow for large -scale early screening, like a blood test for everyone.
Exclusive rag: It offers the first non -invasive geothermal panels of the world that transform the underground spaces, such as car parks and tunnels, into renewable heating and cooling sources, which allow quick and low carbon -based adaptations without piercing in dense urban environments.
Hua Tech International: An automated microfluidic platform that integrates nanostructured semiconductor bioxip, multiplex fluorescence staining, and AI analysis to capture, identify and analyze circulating cells for cancer diagnostics.
Lumisync: Data centers to synchronize their data flow at the speed of light with the 1st photonic oscillator 100% of the world to reduce their latency and energy consumption by 1000x.
These outstanding companies will launch their solutions during the End of the Vivatech Innovation of the Year over Wednesday, June 11 at 13:35live in the Pitch Studio Stage. Each pitch will be followed by a Q&A session with a group of expert judges, including Techcrunch Jeff Taylor, Jaja Liao of 25madison, Shabir Vasram by Daphni and Howard Wright of Nvidia.
The innovation winner of the year will be announced the next day at the Vivatech Global Awards ceremony over Thursday, June 12 at 17:45 over Stage 1. In addition to the title, the winning startup will receive a free start corner at Vivatech 2026 and such a coveted place at Techcrunch Startup Battlefield 200.
The ceremony will also highlight the other four Vivatech awards and announce the winners of each.
