Police are investigating reports of stalking by executives at fast fashion firm Boohoo.
There have also reportedly been claims of ‘corporate espionage’.
Greater Manchester and Kent forces are investigating reports of stalking offences, which are considered to be serious or distressing.
Chief executive Dan Finley, former owner John Lyttle and founder Mahmud Kamani say they were chased by men on public and private transport in Kent, London and Manchester, who according to the Times.
Lyttle, who was fired as CEO in October, is accused of misappropriation of his assets, and Kamani says he was abused.
Kent Police and Greater Manchester police said investigations had been launched. No arrests have been made.

The identity of the suspected assailants or any organization behind the alleged activities is not known.
The Times reported that Boohoo allegedly found surveillance equipment outside its Manchester HQ last month. This was reported to the police, Greater Manchester council and the data watchdog.
Over the years, Boohoo has been the subject of controversy such as the rivalry it faces with major shareholder Mike Ashley, who has urged Kamani to step aside.
Ashley will seek to appoint himself as CEO at the December 20 shareholder meeting.
Boohoo has also come under fire over reports of worker abuse at its suppliers.
