Under a Reddit Mail with the title ‘What does this bit of Ryanair safety card mean?’, User
Whrowaway_wife_1982 shared her confusing moment.
“I spent a 2 hour flight to stare at this and I can’t work out what they mean?!
“What’s next to the glasses? And is it and over? If so, what comes out of it? ‘
With the upload of an image, she surrounded the parts she had problems with.
And even for seasoned travelers, the answer to the question is not clear.
Many of the remarks about the post have users guessing the answers.

The confusing passenger has the symbols on the safety card in which they are confused

One comment joked that there is ‘no legal requirement that these cards make any sense’
DR_TURB said: “I’m pretty sure the bottom one means:” Don’t pick up your glasses, you need an extra hand for a slice of black forest gateau “.”
“Right below clearly shows a warning against the balancing of sandwiches on your glasses,” Stonecoldsberreally joked.
In Jest, well-Ad-1556 was able to summarize the matter in detail.
“There is a legal requirement for passenger safety cards to be issued / available,” he wrote.
“There is no legal requirement that these cards make any sense.”
Eventually, the mystery resolved.
“Right right is supposed to be an ear with an earring and a woman wearing a necklace,” Mr-Incy wrote.
“Below is false teeth, things to remove before using the emergency plane if you had to use it.”

It seems that the riddles symbols refer to items that should not be taken on an emergency extraction disc

Another aircraft symbol that is known to confuse passengers is the small black triangle on plane walls
Another user replied: ‘Ah, it’s false teeth! I thought it was a stack of steaks. ‘
Ryanair was contacted for illustration.
The safety card is not the only symbol on a plane that gets travelers’ attention.
An air hostess shared the real reason behind the little black triangles that are regularly seen on aircraft walls.
Henny Lim, an air gas woman with the Philippines-based airline Cebu Pacific, revealed that the triangles indicate the best place on the plane to see the wings clearly.
In a now-viral tiktok video, she said the stickers above the middle windows offer the best views of the wings for passengers-but also let the refugees know the ‘best outlook for the rags and flaps outside’.
