The couple’s dream cruise holiday ruined after Pipe exploded and they were covered with ‘horrible slush’

An idyllic Caribbean cruise took a disgusting turn for a British couple after the dirty kitchen waste was dumped into their hut.

Pam and Ken Jackson, of Merseyside, were aboard Marella Explorer 2 when the dirty incident occurred – which left ‘horrible Slush’ about them.

The couple, both in their seventies, were only three days in a three -week speed over the Caribbean.

“I just heard this ominous sound, then this horrible swallow came through the ceiling and covered my head to toes, and Pam was also covered in it. The bed and all of our possessions, ‘Ken to the Liverpool echo.

“We were covered from head to toe and it smelled of vomit.

“It was masked kitchen waste that came to the Bile to be dropped off at the next port, so it was really nasty, and it threw out.

“We stuck something horrible, and goodness knows what was in it, apart from food waste.”

Pam added: ‘It flowed all over the bed, covering our personal belongings and medication and through the door.

Footage from the cabin shows brown liquid dripping through the ceiling and down the walls, on a stained bed.

Pam can hear screaming: ‘The lights go on and off and everything.

“Oh it stinks, it’s everywhere. It’s on my slippers. It runs down the walls. ‘

After the pipe exploding over the couple’s bed, Ken and Pam were moved to another hut.

However, the couple claims that their problems are ongoing.

“They took away our clothes and washed what they could, but in the process many of our clothes shrank, especially my pants and a few dresses of Pam’s,” says Ken.
