We’ve seen some great numbers in ours TCL QM8 reviewand while we haven’t reviewed the QM851 yet, we expect similar things. The QM8 was great for people who didn’t want an OLED, since the mini-LED didn’t have any burn-in problems. We tested the 65-inch version of the QM8, and the mini-LED got quite bright. The image quality was incredibly good. But if you want a larger screen, the 75-inch QM851 costs less than $2,000 at $1,298while the gigantic 98-inch version is on the decline at $3,923 from $6,000.

If you’re looking for more affordable TVs, TCL has other models on sale at deep discounts. In the $400 range, there is the 55 inch QM7THE Q6 65 inch and the S5 75 inch. Remember, a larger size does not equal better image quality. It’s worth considering the contrast and brightness you get with the mini-LED technology found in the QM series of TVs compared to the QLED Q6 series and the standard LED S5 series.
In the $800 to $900 range, the 75 inch QM7.75 AND 85-inch Q6 are on sale, while in the $1,000 to $4,000 range, TCL has the 98-inch display Q6, QM7 AND QM8 available.
