Kim’s story:

“When I started Summer Shape Up, I wasn’t in a good place because I had stopped working and I wasn’t eating healthy. I did many LSF challenges in the past, but I stopped working for a while and I didn’t feel the my best mentally or physically.”

“When I saw Summer Shape up starting, I decided I was going to start fresh and make a new healthy routine with working out and eating healthy. The first week of SSU was the hardest because I had to make a new routine, but once I had. after the first week it became easier thanks to the Move App, Warm body meal planand the amazing LSF community for helping keep me motivated. Now I work out every morning and it has changed my mental health a lot. I struggle with anxiety and work helps me a lot.”

“I’ve come this far and I’m making healthier choices every day. I’m making progress every week which is all that matters to me. I’ve lost 7 pounds this challenge, but I still have a no-scale victory because my clothes that once were tight are just suitable teamsf because I know I know what helps me keep going during the challenges and after.”

I still struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle when my home routine is interrupted. This year was really open for me. I weighed myself in June after our travels and I have never been this high on the scale. I was just generally tired and sluggish.”

“These past 6 weeks have helped me realize that I can do much more than I think I’m capable of. I’m sad that the challenge is over, but I still plan to check and do the app workouts in the future. LSF team and the community is unlike anything I’ve ever gotten from a gym, workout class, or online platform. So proud of all the girls in the challenge. These girls inspire me every day to see for myself. I love that we’re like a little family online.”

“This was my first time doing any kind of love sweat workouts/fitness challenge. I joined the MOVE app a week before the challenge and was amazed at how difficult but fun the workouts were. I also bought the warm body nutrition plan and the 14 days (training) long time ago, like years ago, and I had never followed them. But I decided to do it this time and I was amazed at how easy the meal plan was actually to follow. I like how it offers an easy exchange for carbs and fats and how realistic the meal plan is. I can still have dinner with my husband at night, but still keep to my goals.”

“I joined goal gang about halfway through the challenge and I felt like that was really what catapulted me into the community a little more. The girls here are very motivating. It’s also really refreshing to see you, Katieinteract with us and provide Lil tidbits along the way. I love the motivation and going deeper than just the exercises and the meal plan. I think that’s really what sets your program apart from all the other fitness programs I’ve been a part of over the years.”

“I just feel that for the first time in two years since the birth of my son, I found a way to make time for myself, to recover my body, to recover my mental clarity and really enjoy taking care of me again. I honestly didn’t know if I would ever lose the baby weight and the post-partum weight I had gained from the three years of not really taking care of myself, But as I started working out , and how I follow the nutrition plan. the weight started to fall off effortlessly The nutrition plan for me is the game changer – the meals make sense from a nutritional point of view, but they are also so satisfying and I have never felt that my eyes have been opened to the whole new way of living, as stupid as it sounds And I know that, I take care of myself and I feel good, I pour energy into my family, I feel like a better mother like’ and one better wife and I just feel motivated in all areas of my life now.”

Our Pink Heart Award goes to a member of the #teamLSF community who not only was dedicated to her own fitness journey, but was also very encouraging to her fellow #teamlsf! Each challenge we ask members to submit people who motivated them and were a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

“This girl has a busy life! She still does her workouts even if it’s very late. Her posts are funny and I love that she does her workouts with her mom and includes her daughter in the photo.

Evey’s story:

“I am not only fighting anxiety from exhaustion and the long distance, but also being a single mother physically now. Without the help of lsf teamI could have stopped working.”

“Although I did not lose many pounds this challenge, I gained strength, muscle and the ability to eat well and exercise through hard challenges. I lost about 3 pounds. I learned to eat well without restricting the foods that I like to eat. and without giving up my sweet tooth, I learned that patience is key and not to compare myself to someone who I think could look better than me or compare to my old body.

“This challenge taught me that it is good to change things when it becomes difficult, but to always remember the” why “I do this so as not to give up and fall out of the routine. I will not say that I have lost my love handles as I wanted, but I gained muscle in my buttocks and toned my arms… which was one of my other goals that I had for more than 2 years.”

“I used the LSF 14 day form and HBMP while doing this challenge. I even brought my meal plans with me on my vacation up north. I wanted to stick to a meal plan that would satisfy my hunger but keep my goals in tact. During this challenge, I discovered my love for winged woman and now i can’t stop drinking every day. Not only has it helped my immune system, but it’s my favorite morning drink that I can’t go a day without.”

We received so many amazing submissions to this challenge that it was nearly impossible to highlight our Grand Prize winner, finalists and Pink Heart recipient. We want to shout out these amazing members who also had insane transformations and heartwarming stories!
